Generations of the May Family have attended Trinity. Luckily, that tradition continues with Larry and Kaye May and their children and grandchildren: Kevin and Yvette May, Hunter and Hadley; and Laura and Jason McElroy, Sarah and Jacob.
In addition to their wedding, officiated by Pastor Neil Newton, the Mays have other fond memories of Trinity. Larry served as an acolyte in the 1950’s, followed by his son and grandchildren in more recent years. That makes three generations of acolytes all under the direction of Miss Helen! The Mays service continues in many behind the scenes roles, including the weekly processing of our offerings. (*Author’s note: This is an important and tedious task that we much appreciate!)
Larry and Kaye are enjoying retirement after long and successful careers. Larry was a Systems Analyst and IT Project Manager and Kaye worked in finance, both with the National Geographic Society. Larry also enjoyed a second career as an electrician for Snurr Electric Company. Kaye has also worked locally in banking.
While spending time with their grandchildren is perhaps their favorite hobby, the Mays have recently taken up biking. Larry also enjoys golfing and residential construction, while Kaye likes reading, gardening and shopping.
