The Rev. Joseph I. Donovan

Pastor "Joe" was born in Massachusetts, educated in Maryland public schools and received his Bachelor's degree from Western Maryland College (McDaniel College) in Westminster, Maryland. After receiving his Masters Degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg in 1974, he served his first congregation in Easton on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He became pastor of Trinity Lutheran, Boonsboro in February 1978.

His passions in ministry are worship, teaching, and reaching out to the community to include people in Trinity's ministry.
