Facility Requests

Trinity's social hall and other facilities are used by the church for its own activities, member's personal uses as well as that of community groups. 

We ask all who use Trinity's facilities to follow the policies and regulations below.  

There is an application process for requesting use of our facilities. Please contact the church at 301.432.2226 to begin the process for permission.

Policy for Use of Church Facilities 

Rules and Regulations for Use of Trinity's Social Hall

Please adhere to the following Rules and Regulations for the use of the Social Room and Restrooms.

1. Avoid placing beverage containers on the windowsills.

2. Tape, tacks, pushpins, or any other type of adhesive are not permitted on the walls, ceilings, windows, windowsills, or columns.

3. Writing on any painted surface or the flooring is prohibited.
4. Clean up all spills.

5. Do not intentionally mark or mar the flooring.

6. Wipe off/clean tables and chairs prior to putting them in storage.

7. Stack tables and chairs in a safe manner.

8. Place trash in appropriate receptacles.

9. Check the restrooms for cleanliness; clean if needed.

10. Destruction of any church property is prohibited.

11. Removal of any lighting is prohibited.

12. Sweep and/or mop floors prior to vacating the building.

13. Turn off all lights and appliances prior to vacating the building.

14. Close and lock all doors and windows prior to vacating the building.

15. Immediately report any damage to the church office.  This may include any damage that was noticed prior to using the facility, or any damage incurred while using the facility.

16. Stage floor and windowsills cleaned with warm water and no detergent.

17. Smoking in any of the church buildings and on the grounds is strictly prohibited.
